Wow! What a great movie. The hype round Jeff Bridges performance as Bad Blake is completely understandable. I don't like most country music, but I may have to download the soundtrack.
Someone as we were leaving said it was the most depressing movie she ever saw, two ladies in the same row as where we sat were crying. I didn't think it was depressing or anything to cry about. It was just a really well done movie with great characters you connect with and care about.
I will say the theater was packed with an older crowd, some of who apparently never have been in a movie before. Loud talking was prevalent during the movie as some people had to predict what was going to happen next.
